Reservations

Reservations made through our website, phone, or third-party OTA partners are subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel. Rates displayed exclude applicable government taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment

Advance payment may be required to confirm a booking. Full payment is due at check-in or as agreed at the time of reservation. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards; personal cheques are not accepted.

Cancellations and no-shows

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the rate plan and channel used for booking. Please refer to the cancellation policy shown at the time of booking, or contact us directly for details. No-shows may be charged in full.

Check-in, check-out and hotel rules

Hotel Hospice is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings, vehicles, or valuables except where required by law. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
